
The Free Municipal Consortium of Trapani and the Rivne region of Ukraine have officially established a partnership. Salvatore Quinci, President of the Consortium, announced the signing of a Cooperation Protocol following a visit by a Ukrainian delegation led by Vice-Governor Ihor Pavlenko.
“The signing of this Protocol is the beginning of a journey of cooperation founded on the common values of democracy and freedom,” stated Salvatore Quinci.

- Educational Excellence: The ceremony took place at the “Abele Damiani” Institute in Marsala, a center of educational excellence in Sicily.
President Quinci has accepted an invitation from Vice-Governor Pavlenko to visit the Rivne region soon to further institutional and economic ties.
